The system comprises of both computer hardware and software.
The hardware consists of a telephone PC board, a sound card,
a microphone and speakers.
The software enables calling-out in many
different ways. It can be activated by phone on site, remotely
by hand phone or by computers through internet or modem. RapidReach
handles all communication via regular phone, hand phones,
GSM/SMS, Alpha pager, beeper, fax and email.
